Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking number with which you can follow your package and see its status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

The delivery times per region are represented by the following:

Canada 15-30 Business days

If you haven’t received your order within 35 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

Packages Damaged, Not what you order, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

We are only humans and sometime mistake happens.

As soon as the product leaves our warehouse in china we have no control over transport. Yes in rare cases it may get lost or damage.

Instead of returning the item, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability, every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will give you your money back in full.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the event that your order of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us with your order number. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue. Or we will send you a new one free of charge and/or send you a full refund.

In the event that your order was not the same as you order please contact us with your order number and a picture, keep it and we will send you the right one for free.
